This year, Ana Mejia—owner of Mena’s Boys and proud graduate of the Culinary Arts program at the Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School—had the incredible opportunity to participate in this renowned celebration.
Mena's Boys provided tastings for over 3,000 guests, showcasing the flavors and craftsmanship that define Mena’s Boys. It was an honor to stand among so many talented professionals and to share our culinary heritage on such a prestigious stage.
