Pickled Onions and Vegetables
This staple Honduran recipe is served on the north coast of Honduras over plantain chips and whole fried fish and chicken.
Pickled onions and veggies (carrots, cauliflower, and a little bit of jalapeños and beets), it's preserved in apple cider vinegar and spices.
How to serve:
It's great as a topping on salads, tacos, and appetizers. A perfect enhancement to your favorite meal.
